At Zoe’s Meats we are committed to helping small businesses stay in business. Our Pancetta is crafted by a small, family run manufacturer. Prepared by hand, we rub a special blend of herbs, salt and spices into Zoe’s Meats Pancetta, place it on a dedicated area to cure, and then hand tie it with twine. A natural sweetness, freshness and a strong pork flavor with hints of cinnamon and nutmeg.  Top chefs love using our pancetta in cream sauces and to cook bitter greens.
